Summer Lights will be an all-ages, outdoor summer concert series and light show held at The North Carolina Arboretum’s Outdoor Events Amphitheatre. Open nightly from August 2 – 6, 2017, from 9:00 – 10:45 p.m., the event will feature a projected-light show specially designed by Highland Mediaworks displayed against the Arboretum’s woodland forest, synchronized to a live concert by the acclaimed Blue Ridge Orchestra. The evening's music includes pops hits, selections from beloved musicals, classical pieces like the Overture to the Marriage of Figaro, and even some Coldplay and Lady Gaga -- something for everyone! Join us for this joyous celebration of summer and one of Asheville's most valuable assets -- the beautiful Arboretum.
